Meeting of Creditors
Requests for interpreter should be sent to Trustee's office via e-mail prior to the meeting date.
Documents to be submitted/completed by Meeting of Creditors
To be uploaded as separate PDFs via Epiq Document Delivery portal to Trustee:
Debtor’s Declaration Statement, Tax Returns, and Paystubs.
Redact prior to upload: social security numbers (SSN), financial account numbers, dates of birth and names of minor children.
Below PII must be uploaded as separate files – SSN proof will be deleted at conclusion of meeting.
Proof of Identification i.e., driver’s license, state identification card, military identification card, or passport.
Proof of Social Security Number, i.e., social security card, original W-2.
To be filed on court docket via CM/ECF:
Certificate of Service re: Chapter 13 Plan.

Meet and Confer with Trustee prior to Court Hearing
Attorneys are encouraged to contact the Trustee's office to schedule a virtual call to discuss matters on calendar 7 days prior to upcoming hearing. Prior to the video call, attorneys should provide the Trustee with a list of cases on calendar, along with proposals for each.

Trustee review of Proposed Orders
The Trustee's office now has a designated email address for review and submission of proposed orders.
All emails regarding orders for Trustee (or Trustee staff) review should be sent to orders@hi13trustee.com.
