Access to Case Information
If you have filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy you can access your case information online.
To obtain up-to-date information, including tracking of all payments, please visit National Data Center (NDC) at ndc.org. Click “Get Started Now” and the site will walk you through the steps needed to set up a User Account.
For quick access using your smartphone camera, please scan QR codes below.
Make sure to have basic information about your case handy as you set up your account, like your case number and your bankruptcy paperwork that list all of your creditors.
Once you have set up a Username and Password, you can access your case information at any time.

Tax Returns and Refunds
Tax returns are the forms you send to the IRS and Hawaii State Tax Collector and should be mailed each year—if requested by the Trustee, or your plan elects to turn over refunds—to:
